PRESENTATION
The bachelor's degree in ecclesiastical administration is a course designed to train leaders, managers and pastors of religious institutions. The aim is to train leaders and managers so that they can carry out church activities in an organized and planned way. The course offers a comprehensive approach to administrative practices, pastoral management, human resources, strategic planning and communication within an ecclesiastical context.

Bachelor of Arts in Ecclesiastical Administration and Management

OBJECTIVES:
The Bachelor’s degree in Ecclesiastical Administration and Management is designed for professionals and researchers interested in the effective leadership, governance, and organizational management of religious institutions. This program provides a deep understanding of administrative strategies, financial stewardship, human resource management, and ethical decision-making within churches, faith-based organizations, and other religious entities.

ESTIMATED DURATIONOF 48 MONTHS. BEING:
•    Stage 1 –Coursework;
•    Stage 2 –  Preparation of the Final Paper under direct supervision;
The examination committee meets after the completion of the aforementioned stages. If the student does not complete the Final Paper, they will sign a contractual addendum and continue paying the course tuition;
The student must fulfill additional course requirements by participating in academic events and continuing education and extension courses to complete their academic and scientific curriculum.
